Coaches
Our coaches are volunteers and receive no monetary benefit. The coaching
staff spends countless hours during the season (on and off the track) to provide
a quality experience for athletes of all abilities and ages. Many of our coaches
also coach high school track teams in Loudoun County.

At age 47, Coach Casale continues to compete at local, regional and national
meets. He is currently nationally ranked in his age group for all the jumping
events (high jump, long jump, pole vault, and triple jump). Among his athletic achievements:
US National Champion (Pole Vault)
Two-time All-American (Pole Vault)
NCAA Division I scholarship athlete in men’s track & field (ASU)
All-Southern Conference selection (3x indoors and 3x outdoors, NCAA Div. I)

Advanced to Districts & Regionals all 4 years of high school.
Events ran in high school (110 high hurdles, 300 hurdles, 4x400 relay)
