Mid March - Conditioning/baseline times and distances (basically getting in shape)
Early April - Introduction to field events and specific running events
Late April - Teach and training each athlete for his/her specific events and set relay teams.
Early May - Add more technical aspects of events for each athlete.
Late May – Refine technical aspects of events for athletes.
