What is Loudoun Track & Field Club all about?
This program is a "low-key" (emphasis on fun / fitness) spring and summer program that attempts to teach basics of many track & field events, including:
- 100 meters
- 200 meters
- 400 meters
- 800 meters
- Mile
- Hurdles
- Long Jump
- High Jump
- Discus
- Javelin (Turbo-Jav)
- Shot put
